WINEMAKER NOTES The 2019 growing season resonates beautifully within our new vintage Cabernet Sauvignon. Nearing fifty years old, this vineyard produces concentrated fruit, and the extended growing season allowed these flavors to fully develop while maintaining balanced sugar and acid levels. In the glass, a complex bouquet of black cherry, sweet tobacco, cocoa powder, and black currant emerges and evolves as the wine opens. Upon tasting, the rich, spiced dark fruit flavor is accompanied by fine grained tannins that hug the palate and lead to a long smooth finish.
